Our sales team are our frontline in customer service and are responsible for the handling of everyday phone and over the counter sales and enquiries from our wide variety of clientele and legislative bodies.

A friendly and open attitude is essential and a keen interest in the subject is preferred as a willingness to research and keep abreast of a wide variety of product lines is essential to provide the professional service that we strive to maintain.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide over the counter and telephone support and service to clients.
  • Identify and assess customer needs and go above and beyond to satisfy those needs
  • Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
  • Provide feedback to your Team Leader about any recurring issues so that they can be addressed and the business continuously improved.
  • Keep up to date with marketing, product and other activities to ensure that you can educate customers on legislative requirements and how our products work.
  • Assist other staff and management in everyday duties including but not limited to stocking shelves, general tidying and cleaning of displays and general housekeeping duties as required.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build customer relationships.
  • Ability to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Neat and legible handwriting and spelling skills necessary for completion of legal documents.
  • Experience with Windows based software is a must.
  • Good knowledge and experience with firearms or the sport of shooting preferred but not essential.
  • Hold a current QLD Firearms License (minimum A & B category).
