Operating in both national and international markets with clients including but not limited to Australian Retailers and Clubs, the Police Force and other Government contracts, Winchester is a long-established leading distributor and wholesaler within the industry. The Company is seeking to employ a full time Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing team to be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan and roll out of the marketing activities to support the business interaction with both internal and external customers and business partners.
Role Responsibilities:Reporting to the Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for;
- Supporting the development of the marketing plan ensuring actions, measurements and milestones are included
- The development and execution of integrated marketing programs, campaigns and launches
- Supporting the sales function with implementation of programs and update of supporting data systems
- Providing support to the Company’s retail network via the creation and sourcing of point-of-sale materials, promotional merchandise and signage.
- The production of marketing materials and collateral to support all areas of the business
- Management and coordination of all national events for all departments
- Management of advertising schedules, bookings and budgets
- Management of relationships with third party providers regarding branding, advertising and event execution.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate;
- A passion for the industry
- Experience working in a marketing role with previous events experience advantageous
- The ability to work autonomously with decision making accountability within the scope of your role
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office and Adobe Suites
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent experience
