TSA is also the founding company of ZeroTech Optics which has rapidly become a globally recognised brand, designed, and developed right here in Brookvale NSW, Australia, and sold all around the world via our subsidiary companies or throughout our distribution network.
TSA / ZeroTech is seeking a digital professional to assist managing and further developing all TSA/ZT hosted websites, improve brand SEO globally, and assist creatives to produce, execute, and distribute a wide variety of media. Assist with the management of companywide social media accounts.
Develop and maintain our extensive website hosting, developing high-performing UI/UX.
Engaging in UI and UX across all digital channels
Measure, analyse and improve SEO effectiveness, including search traffic, and optimization of web content.
Conduct research on industry-relevant topics to provide factual statistics and SEO keywords in the content.
Assist the creative team to develop engaging media through the use of Adobe creatives suite.
Design of brand creative assets to feature across all digital channels
Adaptation of web concepts, design development, and microsite design
Continued improvement of digital design aesthetic
Delivering engaging, dynamic, and user-focused pages, emails, and marketing assets
Creating wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces across multiple devices
Support the online communication of the ZeroTech brand across all social channels (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube) that align with company objectives and brand values.
Create published content on social media to strengthen and build trust with the brand.
Support email marketing efforts using both internal resources and external support avenues to create dynamic EDM creatives.
Provide seamless customer support by monitoring social media channels and responding to customers in a timely, legal, and knowledgeable fashion.
Support executive and marketing team leads to evaluate past content performance and set long-term strategies for effective content creation.
Provide recommendations & support to improve companywide digital infrastructures.
Meet and engage with ICT service providers to discuss potential infrastructure changes or upgrades.
Minimum 4 years experience in web & graphic design.
High-level website development, coding & SEO skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
The ability to take initial direction and work independently to master the brief and deliver the result.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple diverse projects

The requirement to work:
Must have no criminal history.
Must be able to obtain an NSW Police Security check and NSW Employee authority to access our building (arranged inhouse and paid for by employer)
