About the Role 
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with strong branding expertise to take over the critical role of ensuring consistency across packaging, digital assets, marketing materials, and product branding.
This position will be a key part of the ZeroTech marketing and product team, working closely with leadership to develop and maintain brand identity, product packaging, and high-quality digital and print content.

Role Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Development 

  • Ensure the ZeroTech brand image remains consistent across all touchpoints (box design, website, product visuals, advertising).
  • Maintain and evolve branding guidelines to ensure all marketing and product designs align with the ZeroTech look and feel.

Product & Packaging Design 

  • Design packaging for new and existing products, ensuring high-end, retail-ready visuals.
  • Work with product and marketing teams to create on-brand digital assets for new product launches, websites, and social media.

Print & Digital Marketing Assets 

  • Develop high-quality print materials such as product catalogs, brochures, and trade show materials.
  • Design magazine advertisements, dealer promotional assets, and in-store marketing materials.

Website & Digital Content Creation 

  • Support the website and e-commerce team with product imagery, banners, and digital assets.
  • Assist in content creation for social media and online marketing campaigns.

Collaboration & Creative Strategy 

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop and execute creative strategies.
Key Selection Criteria:

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experienced Graphic Designer (5+ years in branding & product design)
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proven experience in packaging design, branding guidelines & digital graphics
  • Strong understanding of print production, including high-quality catalogs & ads
  • Ability to work autonomously & bring creative ideas to the table
  • Knowledge or interest in the optics, outdoor, or sporting industry is a plus!
