TSA Outdoors is seeking an additional Customer Support & Technical Advisor.

This position is specifically focused on Thermal Imaging Products.

The position is full-time, and the successful candidate must be based in Sydney NSW or surrounding suburbs in order to attend our Brookvale NSW service facility and office daily.

Product experience is essential. Applicants who cannot demonstrate past industry experience or significant Thermal / Optical product knowledge will not be considered.

Role Responsibilities:

Tasks include but not limited to:

Supporting customers by phone or in person with technical guidance.
Contacting end users and customers via phone, email, teams to assist with troubleshooting activities.
Work with our factories to develop and enhance technical product capabilities.
Work closely with our national sales team to develop and improve firmware, hardware designs as required.
Manage and oversee incoming and outgoing repairs.
Attend trade events from time to time to support product managers and customers within Australia.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Good knowledge of Firearm’s & Shooting Sports.
Experience using or interest in thermal observation equipment.
Good knowledge and interest in emerging technology.
Excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Excellent computer skills, Email / Excel / Outlook.
NSW Firearms permit – or able to obtain one.
Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.
