We are seeking a dedicated Product & Service Technician to join our existing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and customer engagement.

Role Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Assist customers with technical inquiries and provide guidance on repairs and maintenance.
Repairs & Servicing: Perform basic repairs and product servicing.
Warranty Management: Engage with global and domestic suppliers to coordinate warranty claims and product repairs.
Technical Expertise: Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and ensure products are returned to peak functionality.
Inventory & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, and supplier communications.

Key Selection Criteria:

Experience in product servicing, particularly in the outdoor, hunting, or shooting industry (preferred).
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a range of products.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers effectively.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
A proactive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
