Top Shot Industries are continuing to grow and build our footprint across Australia. We are looking for a competitive, engaging, and high-achieving Account and Business Development Manager to help us continue to build our business activities in Southern Australia.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for growing and managing existing customers as well as discovering and pursuing new opportunities. The goal is to meet and surpass the customers and the company’s expectations to drive sustainable growth.
Operating from our Ballarat office as your base (work from home is possible), this is a full-time permanent role. As a sales professional, you understand the importance of not only having great relationships but also tenacity and drive.
Whilst preferred you don’t require experience in the shooting sports, what you will need is proven business to business experience, a proven track record in developing agents and/or dealer networks, the ability to network, a desire to learn, and most importantly the want to get out on the road and build a loyal following.
You will enjoy working as an integral part of a business with a strong emphasis on culture and teamwork.

We want you to sell our products, answer queries and become an expert in the field. Yes, you will have a target, but you will see that as just a starting point, not the end destination.
As an Account and Business Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for all your dealers. You will negotiate the needs of your customers as well as the needs of the business.
A large part of what we do is help our dealers to increase their exposure. We do this through working closely with them in creating customized marketing initiatives and engaging in business development work alongside them to uncover further growth initiatives.
Deliver results through sustainable business activity in growing market share and act as a focal point for our brands within your region.

To ensure that you have every opportunity to excel, part of your working week is to report on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities.
The plan isn’t just to tick the boxes for your KPIs. It will also help us to work with you on strategy, coaching, and support.
