Applicants must have a current valid Qld Firearms Licence, be over the age of 18 and have extensive experience in Leadership and Retail Store Management. You will be tasked with supporting our sales team behind the scenes, managing inventory and maintaining compliance with all applicable legal requirements. Due to the nature of our business, applicants must be able to strictly follow processes and policies, and be efficient, accurate and prompt with regular reporting and record keeping.

We are a relatively young business, and we’re always reinvesting to continue growing. So we are looking for someone who can spend time in training with our existing teams, and then be flexible with where they base themselves as we expand to multiple new locations in the future.

Role Responsibilities:

Open and Close of Store

Maintenance of Dealer Register

Acting Nominee on Dealer Licence

Reporting on Customer and Sales activity

Management of staff and rostering

Key Selection Criteria:

Proficient in email communication and general computer based tasks

Sound knowledge of firearms and Qld specific Weapons Act and Regulation

Experience in leadership and team management
