TSA Outdoors is accepting applications for a VICTORIAN Account Manager / Sales Representative.

The position is full-time, and the successful candidate must be based in Melbourne or surrounding suburbs.

Sales Representative or Retail experience in the Shooting Industry is highly regarded however, not essential.

Sales Representative Experience in a similar industry may be considered suitable.

Applicants who cannot demonstrate past industry experience or good product knowledge will not be considered.

Tasks include but not limited to.

  • Visiting VIC Accounts and establishing programs to develop our business partnership’s with each customer.
  • Processing Customer Orders and Growing our Business Relationships.
  • Promptly responding to customer enquiries (via email, phone, fax, text)
  • Completing Monthly Sales reports to your manager.
  • Completing Monthly Expense Claims & Market Reports to your Manager.
  • Assisting customers with warranty events via the TSA customer service facility.
  • Attending Trade shows and Shop Open days to Support our Victorian customers
  • Educating customers and staff on our product range.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Good knowledge of Firearm’s & Shooting Sports.
  • Good knowledge or interest in Optics & Outdoors.
  • Excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Good computer skills, Email / Excel / Outlook.
  • VIC Firearms Permit.
  • Drivers Licence.

This is an all-cost’s covered position, with an attractive salary based on experience.

Company car provided, and all other required equipment and training.

An immediate start is advantageous but not essential.

The remuneration offered will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
