TSA Outdoors is seeking to expand its NSW based internal Customer Service and Support team. 

The position is full-time and is based out of TSA head office in Brookvale NSW.  

TSA Outdoor is a 100% Australian owned distribution / wholesale business, that was originally established in 1965. TSA is a family-oriented company, with strong core values and flexible employee benefits.

TSA is one of the oldest and most experienced distribution businesses in the Australian Shooting Sports, Outdoor and Optical industries.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting our National Business Manager’s and National Sales Manager’s to provide excellent customer support, and guidance on thermal & optical related product.  

Tasks include but not limited to. 

  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Supporting Sales Representatives and National Business Managers with projects. 
  • Attending to customer warranty concerns and providing customer support on technical product requirements.
  • Direct communication with key customers to provide one on one individual support as required.
  • Engaging with end users, if required to provide product support and guidance.
  • Attending trade events if required. 
  • Providing administration support to our Service Department and coordinating repairs with our onsite/ offsite repair facility.  

Prior industry experience is required. 

NSW Firearms permit is required.
