Pro-Tactical Pty. Ltd. are offering a fantastic career opportunity within a growing company. We are looking for an enthusiastic, diligent, and attentive Sales Agent Account Manager to service established retailer accounts across New South Wales.

The job involves sales trips across NSW to selected customer, your focus will be generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, maintaining market share in store and regular and systematic appointment setting for call cycles, while also keeping a look out for new business opportunities and business development. The successful candidate will need to be able work autonomously and hit the ground running – sales are waiting for you! A proven track record as an account manager is highly desirable, a knowledge of firearms and the firearm industry is essential.

Role Responsibilities:

This is a commission based agency role. If you already represent various brands as an agent account manager in the outdoor sporting goods field, and have an understanding of firearms and the firearms industry, what we are offering may compliment your portfolio. Ultimately your income will be generated as commission based on sales.

Sales Guru: have had a minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in a similar role.
Problem Solver: Showcase your ability to quickly evaluate, troubleshoot, and offer creative solutions.
Client Focus: Demonstrate your passion for cultivating client relationships.
Time Management Pro: Exhibit excellent time management and attention to detail.
Tech Proficiency: Competence in using Inzant and Excel. Confidently utilize data to support local store growth.
Stay Informed: Attend meetings, events, and training sessions to stay updated.

Key Selection Criteria:

- Client and relationship management.
- Communication skills.
- Sales reporting.
- Vast product knowledge.
- Strong work ethic and application.
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel as well as general computer based skills.
- A positive attitude and resilience in the face of knock-backs.

Qualifications:

- Industry experience and/or knowledge of firearms & hunting.
