Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market

The Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market should have intensive knowledge in hunting, and basic common experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main assignment is to for developing hunting market by approaching and building solid relationship among Distributors, Dealer Shops and End Users. Responsible for the northern part of New South Walses and Queesland.

Role Responsibilities:

The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager are:
Great business sense.
He/She should be a hunter.
An experienced social media user (Instagram/facebook) with high social followers is greatly preferred.
Possess/ Interested in hunting electronics, consumer and electronics.
Experience in retails, stores and etc.
Integrity, Trustful, Honesty, Enthusiastic, and Responsible.
English is required.
Great communication and negotiation skills.

Key Selection Criteria:

Hikvision therefore requires the Business Development manager to act as the ambassador of the company and brand, delivering the following key tasks:

Develop hunting market, and carry out dealer/shop visit, brand promotion, display instruction, activities/events, relationship building, market research, competitor and customer surveys
Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
Find the pain points and discover the support required by dealers and end users
Presentation of the solution to potential customers
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
Assist consultants to specify projects
Position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants.
Prepare reports required by the management.
Your Profile:
Experience in hunting or hunting market.
Proven negotiation skills on cooperate level.
Being open minded to working in a multi-cultural company.
Being self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture.
Strong communication skills in English both oral and written.
Experience in Salesforce CRM is a plus.
