Ground Force International is a Wholesaler and Importer specialising in high-quality Night Vision, Thermal Imaging, Optics, and Accessories for the Firearms Industry

We’re looking for a hard-working seasoned sales professional who loves playing with the latest and greatest in thermal imaging equipment and hunting and the outdoors

Fast-paced, progressive business requires your help. Our team is looking for someone to take on the role of a sales rep, serving our dealers through the supply of outdoor and hunting products.

Role Responsibilities:

This role is primarily on the road with some office work at the office, work from home, or remote based flexible position however training will need to be undertaken at our office initially

Ranging from…

  • Sales in person to dealer in your territory and on the phone
  • Testing the latest and greatest in Thermal Imaging equipment
  • Demonstrating and training our dealers and customer
  • Identifying and vetting potential new dealers
  • Daily CRM reporting and KPI’s
  • Providing our customers with expert advice and solutions

Qualifications:
  • A current Firearms / gun (desirable) and Driver’s License (required)
  • Has a passion for the outdoors and hunting with optical, night vision and thermal imaging equipment
  • Is Tech savvy with electronic devices, use of smart phones, MS office, video conferencing and preferably CRM’s, and other business systems
  • Has a proven track record of business to business wholesale sales or accounts management, or customer service (preferably 3 years+ of experience in a similar role)
  • Has the ability to delight our customers by understanding their specific needs, desires and pain points and finding and owing the solutions
  • Great communication skills; able to convince others to buy our products or to otherwise change their minds or actions
  • The ability to solve problems and from time to time handle complaints, accept criticism, be a mature person who is not easily offended and takes things personally when they don't go your way and can deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations while keeping emotions in check
  • Other skills or any weird or wonderful skill you may have would be an advantage
