Located in the Hills area, we are here to accommodate the needs of the avid outdoorsmen, sportsmen, Sporting shooters and Law enforcement personnel. With a high level of knowledgeable and A+ customer service along with the brands you need.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Retail customer service professional to join our team. You will be responsible for providing A+ customer service in store and over the phone. You will need to complete all activities with 100% accuracy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and assisting the store manager, roles and responsibilities may include:
  • Process online web orders, liaising with customers in relation to their order.
  • Answer & direct multi-line phone calls in a professional manner
  • Process over the phone sales
  • General retail duties – e.g., processing sales, customer service
  • Assist customers with inquiries in store.
  • Pack, process & dispatch daily mail & parcels
  • Respond to email inquiries if needed.
  • Maintain a well organised and tidy shop and warehouse for all bulk stock locations.
  • Liaising with suppliers to organise items for credit, return and warranty if needed.
  • Completing required paperwork with 100% accuracy
  • Answering phone calls with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Other duties as required.
Key Selection Criteria:

Requirements:

  • Must hold NSW Firearms Licence and be able to obtain (clean criminal history is essential)
  • High attention to detail. This job is suitable for someone who can multitask in a high-pressure situation, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Be a quick learner, and happy to ask questions if unsure about anything.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to expand your knowledge to incorporate all facts of the business.
  • Previous administration, customer service and/or retail experience advantageous
  • NSW Driver’s license and vehicle
  • Behave honestly, ethically, professionally.
  • Meet all NSW Firearms Registry requirements to obtain and continue to hold an NSW Dealer Employee Authority
  • Work on Saturday
  • Comply with all company policies and Work Health and Safety requirements.
  • Ability to follow legislation pertaining to NSW firearms act.
