About the Role
As our Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of driving sales of Pard night and thermal vision products. This role is not your typical 9-5 job; it requires flexibility, dedication, and a passion for technology and sales. You will be engaging with firearms dealers across Australia through phone calls, video conferences, and in-person meetings, providing them with tailored solutions that meet their needs. You will also be running demo nights with dealers and their customers as well as provide sales training to dealer staff.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with firearms dealers across Australia.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Pard night and thermal vision products, their features, and benefits.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Regularly report on sales activities and progress.

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of night and thermal vision technology and the firearms industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable with flexible working hours and frequent travel.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the night and thermal vision technology sector or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a firearms license, note that all employees are required to hold a firearms license as part of their employment contract, which can be obtained after the start.
